Communal health notice

27 APRIL 2022: One Yoga is committed to your wellness and wellbeing.

The studio will open for Term 2 on 9 May 2022. Existing students have been contacted to confirm their enrolment. If you haven’t received a text message, sms 0413 914 555 to check space availability.

Safety: Our Yoga for Women classes are a communal space. Please do not attend class if you feel unwell for any reason. Send a text to advise your non-attendance.

  • Masks are to be worn as per personal preference. You may remove your mask and place it beside you (or near your mat) during yoga. However, if your preference is to wear a mask then do what feels right for you.
  • Feel welcome to byo mat and props, although these will continue to be provided and surface cleaned.
  • When the studio is open, classes will operate with maximum ventilation during active practice and depending on the weather at the time.
  • One Yoga has always requested students to advise if unable to attend a lesson. If you are unwell, please remain at home. The notice of absence system will continue as it helps manage student numbers and accommodate make-up lessons (if possible) and new students at the studio.
  • One Yoga is registered with Service NSW as Covid-Safe.  View the Covid Safety Plan
  • Interested new student: feel welcome to make an enquiry (sms 0413 914 555) and hopefully One Yoga can accommodate you soon.

As we know, yoga helps soothe the nervous system which is greatly beneficial for the immune system and mental health. We encourage you to also continue with a home practice whenever you can.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon, stay well and mind how you go.

In our Yoga for Women classes we do our best to accommodate your personal needs and enhance your experience of yoga. Classes are suitable for beginners or those who require modifications due to physical concerns. See Yoga Practices

Students are encouraged to: advise your teacher if you have any illness, injury or recent surgery so the yoga practice can be modified for you; work at your own pace and rest if you need to; after eating, allow at least one hour space before yoga practice; wear comfortable sportswear and in cooler weather make sure you have something warm to wear when you leave.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is suitable for persons who are concerned about beginning yoga or who have health concerns. Yoga Therapy provides an opportunity for an individualised yoga practice to be specifically designed to suit you. Nadine is a qualified and registered Yoga Therapist.
