One Yoga is a small studio offering yoga classes for women local to Enfield NSW Australia. Classes are offered on a nine week term basis. If this is not what you are looking for, you may like to try the Yoga Places suggestions.
Class Days and Times
Monday evening: 7.30 – 8.45 pm with Nadine
Tuesday evening: 7.30 – 8.45 pm with Reiku
Wednesday evening: 7.30 – 8.45 pm with Nadine
Saturday morning: 8.00 – 9.15 am with Reiku
Recommended arrival: 10 minutes before each class
(New students please arrive 15-20 minutes before first class)
$162 for 9 weeks (one class per week).
Two classes per week – please contact for pricing.
Mid-term enrollment – possible if space permits.
Payment is required at first class of each term.

16 MARCH 2020: One Yoga is committed to your wellness and wellbeing.
Our Yoga for Women classes are a communal space so in light of the current public health concerns the studio will allow for the deferral (to term 2) of up two classes per person for each of lesson you are booked in for (ie 1 class per week – up to 2 deferrals; 2 classes per week – up to 4 deferrals).
Please only take up this option if you genuinely need to.
As a part-time yoga studio, One Yoga has always had a no refund policy as make-up classes are generally accommodated during the term of enrollment. As a small studio with low class fees, running costs such as rent, insurances and teacher payments, means very little financial contingency. Unfortunately the studio does not have the capacity to provide online classes.
If you do wish to defer class fees to term 2, please advise prior to the scheduled classes. The deferral option will apply for the current term to term 2, and you will need to book-in for term 2 (via the book-in sheet at the studio or via text to me). The deferral option is available from today.
There are 3 weeks remaining in term 1. Any enrolled classes missed up to today are covered by the usual make-up lesson provisions (ie must be made-up during the course of the term).
One Yoga has always requested students to advise if they are unable to attend a lesson. This notification system remains, as it helps accommodate make-up lessons.
Classes will continue as usual. Mats will be set up for all classes in Reiku’s grid formation which allows for slightly more ‘around the head and body’ space. Eye bags will not be used at this time – please bring your own from home.
As we know, yoga helps soothe the nervous system which is greatly beneficial for the immune system… so you are invited to continue to attend. However, as always, if you are unwell please remain at home.
Fees for term 2 may also be reduced by 2 classes, but will confirm closer to term 2 starting.

Bookings Essential - Contact Nadine 0413 914 555Classes are by booking only as class sizes are limited to ensure personalised attention. Missed classes are non-refundable but students are welcome to ‘send a friend’ in lieu or make-up the class on another night during the same term (interchange with the other night classes are offered, subject to availability). Advise prior to term enrolment if you are unable to attend certain dates due to scheduled commitments (a reduced fee may apply). Please note, returning students are given priority and a waiting list may exist.
In our Yoga for Women classes we do our best to accommodate your personal needs and enhance your experience of yoga. Classes are suitable for beginners or those who require modifications due to physical concerns. See Yoga Practices
Students are encouraged to: advise your teacher if you have any illness, injury or recent surgery so the yoga practice can be modified for you; work at your own pace and rest if you need to; after eating, allow at least one hour space before yoga practice; wear comfortable sportswear and in cooler weather make sure you have something warm to wear when you leave.
Yoga Therapy is suitable for persons who are concerned about beginning yoga or who have health concerns. Yoga Therapy provides an opportunity for an individualised yoga practice to be specifically designed to suit you. Nadine is a qualified and registered Yoga Therapist. Gentle Yoga for Older Women
For women aged 55+ who reside in the Bankstown area, the Older Women’s Network offers a wellness program which includes Gentle Yoga for Older Women on a term basis. Nadine taught this class from 2010-2019. For direct enquiries contact 9519 8055 or visit the OWN NSW website
