The One Yoga studio has been offering yoga classes in Enfield since 2006. It is a small studio, currently only offering three evening classes per week. The studio room itself is comfortable and spacious to accommodate a maximum of fourteen students per class. Students feel incredibly welcome and at ease in this nurturing environment. The studio is carpeted, curtained and air-conditioned.
All equipment is provided and the room is set up for each yoga class. Students simply walk in, remove their shoes, lie down and take their place on the mat. We encourage students to arrive to class ten minutes before the start time, to allow time and presence to properly prepare for the class experience. During class we have soft lighting and yoga music in the background, and request mobile phones be switched to silent.

480, 483 and 464 bus stop is a few steps away. Bus stop for 410, 420 is at the corner of Liverpool and Burwood Road, a very short walk from the studio.
Enter via the courtyard gate on Liverpool Road.
Yoga is in the front room.
During the day, the studio is home to Kandure Creative Design, a unique creative studio for identity, print and digital artwork.
